Here comes our most awaited package service named 'Manage Package’. With this service, artists are able to add three more packages with ease and can keep different price ranges for different types of customers. Customers are able to choose their preferred type of package and opt-in for the best package for them. With this packaging option, you can attract more customers or artists. It’s a real-time payment system where another artist can buy the package and contact that artist for custom orders or training classes.
With the help of Spenowr, you can produce your own Store through which you can show your talent to the world. You can produce the rosters for the Services through which whoever needs your service can communicate with you fluently and take the advantage of your service and also you'll be monetized by your services. It can depend on the services handed by you that it'll be handed online or at customer’s place.
When you enter your profile, you will see a side-bar menu, in which you can see an option written 'SERVICES/COURSES’ under the ‘MY SERVICES’ menu. Click on the ‘SERVICES/COURSES’ option to add a service.
When you click on SERVICES/COURSES, you will come across a module written ‘SERVICES', that click the button written ‘ADD SERVICES’ to add your services. By clicking on ‘ADD SERVICES’ you will find a dropdown menu in which you can select your option.
After choosing your option you will find these empty fields, where you can add your service by adding the content and details about it.
Let’s discuss each one briefly so that it will be easy for you to understand the priority of each field or you can follow the below images and try to understand yourself.
SERVICE TYPE: Here you will find a dropdown with many options. Choose the type which fits your topic.
SERVICE NAME: Here you can add a good service name that will bring the audience’s attention to your service.
TAG: Here you can add a hashtag here.
TUTOR NAME: Add your tutor name here.
CATEGORY: Here you will find a drop-down with many options. Choose the category which fits your topic.
SUB-CATEGORY: Here also you will find a drop-down with many options. choose the sub-category under your category by analyzing your topic.
TYPE: Here you can see some checkboxes. Click according to your choice.
DELIVERY MODE: Here you will find a drop-down with many options. Choose the mode which fits your topic.
COUNTRY: Choose your country here.
SERVICE DESCRIPTION: Here you can add a description of your service briefly.
Note: Don’t use copied contents, which will later lead you to be penalized by admin/authority. Also, adding your own content with consistent effort will help you to grow better in the long run.
MIN AGE: Type minimum age here.
SERVICE DURATION: Here you can type your duration hourly.
SERVICE FEE: Here you can write the exact price of your service.
CURRENCY: Here you will find a drop-down with many options. Choose your currency type.
NEXT BATCH: Choose your next batch date here.
DISPLAY MODE: Choose your display mode here.
CUSTOM IMAGE: If you want your custom image, you can untick the checkbox and put your image.
Youtube Video: If your mode is video then you can place a youtube link here.
After that, you will see all the services listed here with the manage package button.
By clicking on the manage package button, you will be able to see “add service” to add your packages.
PACKAGE NAME: Here you can add a good PACKAGE name that will bring the audience’s attention to your service.
PACKAGE DESCRIPTION: Here you can add a description of your package briefly.
PACKAGE PRICE: Here you can write the exact price of your package.
CURRENCY: Select your currency type in the drop-down.
SERVICE DURATION: Here you can type your duration in days.
Note: You can add only 3 packages under every service.
Here is the service detail looks like
Suppose, a user wants to purchase a "custom service" then the user needs to check the "training class" or the "custom order" at the top navigation menu, or from the "what's New" menu the user can select "service" using the filter option on the left sidebar.
If the user wants to use "custom order", then the user needs to click on the "custom order" link to see a list of custom orders from different users.
Then the user needs to choose one of the artist's profiles to purchase their service(s).
Click on the “Packages” button, to see the artist's service packages they offer.
Choose the “order now” button for the payment flow of that service. After successful payment, you will receive one Transaction ID with successful payment.
Click on the “my orders” button to see your order details
After that artist can contact you when the service provider receives payment.
When you enter your profile, you will see a side-bar menu, in which you can see an option written ‘RECEIVED ORDER’ under the ‘SELL MY PRODUCTS’ menu. Click on the ‘RECEIVED ORDER’ option.
Then the service provider(artist) will contact you for the service.
