Here, in the first step you have to choose the ‘EVENTS’ from organization/institute from the side-bar menu of profile.
By clicking on events, you will come across a field written ‘EVENTS’, under which you will find option ‘ADD EVENTS’, click on that to add events. Then a form will open, just like below.
Let’s discuss each field briefly, so that it will be easy for you to understand the importance of each field and you can add them properly & you can follow the below images to understand better.
EVENT NAME: Here you have to add the name of the event, which you are organizing currently.
EVENT DESCRIPTION: Here you can add a detailed description, including terms and conditions of the event.
EVENT BANNER IMAGE: Here you can choose a banner image for your event.
EVENT MARKETING VIDEO YOUTUBE URL: Here you can add link of a YouTube video where it will give artist or your targeted audience a brief idea about the event.
EVENT ORGANIZER NAME: Here you can add the name of the person who is organising the event or you can add the name of the event organizing company too.
EVENT WEB URL: Here you can add the URL (web address) of the event where your audience will click to visit the page and get more information about the event.
EVENT BOOKING URL: Here you can add the booking portal link, through which your audience or artist can visit the portal by one click and follow the booking process.
COMPLETE ADDRESS: Here you have to add the complete address of the place where the event is going to take place.
EVENT DATE: Here you have to add the date of the event.
EVENT FROM TIME- TO TIME: Here you have to add the beginning time of the event and the closing time of the event. Then click on the ‘ADD’ button to add the event to your profile and which will be visible to other artists and audiences.
After adding your event, it will be shown under ‘CURRENT EVENTS’ as the below image. Also, you can edit or delete the event if required, by choosing the respective options given below.
