: Namrata Ghugre is a self-taught painter who excels in the use of color configurations and the art of transforming geometric and curvilinear forms. She explores the unlimited potentiality of chromatic and tonal scales, visual planes, and volume within a two-dimensional framework.
This young and dynamic visual artist has completed her Graduation in B.B.A Marketing and Diploma in Graphic designing. Her paintings include Portraits, Landscapes, abstract styles. She loves to try out all kinds of art mediums oil, acrylic, and watercolors. My art concepts are related to peace and calmness. Like to give cool tones making your mind feel relaxed. Her paintings possess a unique blend of different colors which capture the viewer’s attention. She also takes orders for customized paintings, sling bags, pouches, and also on small canvas for gifting according to clients' requirements.
After graduation, I was still trying to figure out what career I wanted to pursue to do a job or art as a career. My family has always been my backbone. They encouraged me to do what I always was happy with. So I started focusing on art to become professional in it.
From an early age, she demonstrated an innate artistic talent and continued to bring her creative passion to fruition. She enjoys drawing cartoons and animated characters.
"Through art, you can express your feelings and art is like meditation which makes you feel relaxed, happy, and peaceful, forgetting your worries. It heals your mind bringing lots of positivity in life. When you see a piece of artwork it immediately connects with your emotions." the artist said.
Her struggle started when she decided to make her career as a professional artist. But her family supports her a lot. They encouraged her to choose art as her career.
This early enthusiasm has now become the driving force of her passion. Her passion for drawing started with her love for colors. But now she is a full-time painter.
She has officiated her talent, displaying her beautiful creations through Instagram page @namsartcafe and Facebook page: NamsArtCafe.
Her theme of the artwork is based on women. When she decided to work on a new art style first she sketched different compositions then after adding color combinations to make the painting look vibrant. “It takes at least one 1week for me to complete” using acrylic colors, some good quality brushes, and paper or canvas, as the artist said. She made the textured background by pouring acrylic colors on the canvas roll. The blend of different colors gives it a richness of uniqueness. She used a variety of colors to make the image enhanced and enchanting.
Namrata Ghugre has received many awards.
Awarded one of the best paintings in the Dubai Shopping Festival on how “Dubai will look in 2050”.
Worked with a Renowned Artist on a project at Dubai Duty-Free.
Awarded for Creative artist category in first Women's Art fair virtual exhibition 2022.
The artwork got selected for the prestigious International Fabriano Acquarello 2022 Exhibition event.
